The company is open to career growth and learning adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and have a global client base. As a result I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on side travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location.

Project team influenced totally by Business team which don't have any expertise in project field. Also for smaller issues they try to issue show cause notice for employe to give explanation and than try to terminate based on issued showing cause notice procedure. Attrition rate is very high due to impractical approach towards business. Mostly top management from earlier phase 1 and phase 2 expansion of retail outlet is in power. This company sucks. There is no culture. Every one has their own business targets which is un realistic. Every employe is concerned about their own and .

Doing nothing is better than joining here. I don't know how such a big company has such very low cultural and ethical values. Every one is concerned about their own job safety. And new joiners are treated like S***. There are no work hours and some suggest working late nights and on sundays. Slavery is glamorized. With un natural and un achievable targets.
