The employees which treat the new trainees as donkeys, very poor benefits and compensation, new company only 4 yrs old makes u do all the heavy n starting work with hardly any scope of ur growth or recognition for the efforts.

This company sucks. There is no culture. Every one has their own business targets which is un realistic. Every employe is concerned about their own and .

Doing nothing is better than joining here. I don't know how such a big company has such very low cultural and ethical values. Every one is concerned about their own job safety. And new joiners are treated like S***. There are no work hours and some suggest working late nights and on sundays. Slavery is glamorized. With un natural and un achievable targets.

Toxic company that never gives a peaceful day. Only thing that matters is sucking up to your boss and the work you do. No matter how hard you work or get the goals completed if u even get one thing wrong they mess up your appraisal. Half of the staff is in plan of leaving. 30% has already switched.
