Leaves gets whenever we want seniors gets all they want facilities like late coming, mistakes, blaming etc

Dislikes

Politics, lack of appreciation to your skill and talent, not retaining old employee, screwing and cruel behaviour of seniors, canteen taste worst, hr management worst, all depends on plant head, he are like dancing dalls, no rules and policies they are only for formalities, salary deduction too much, career growth very slow, not allow learn something

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
