No structure, no proper technology. Higher ups doesn't know the tech. Google will be ur only option. Expect no help. Will have to work day and night with changing requirements cause people who handle the project won't understand the requirements from the client. Once work is done except no credit. Salary won't match the work u do.

Only good thing is you get to work on new technologies if you are enthusiastic about learning. You need to show your readiness to learn things and then you will be benefitted.

Worst thing is they don't know anything about work life balance. If you talk about this, then they will feel you don't want to work and you will be on the list of disliked employees. In that case, your work or anything you do good will not be appreciated or recognised. If you want recognition , then you will have to work till late night or in weekends. They will make everything high priority and keep chasing you for the deliverables, they will keep pinging even in midnight, early morning, weekends whatever it is, they just care about work. Bargaining in WFH and compoff , if you are on WFH, then they will make your day terrible by pinging you continuously. Processes are very poor, transitions are very poor. Company is very immature when it comes to the employee satisfaction or the aspirations of the employees. They just don't care about you and your life, just you do work that's all....Read More
