Politics is very strong in the by senior management, working in Bracket. For ex one bracket which includes RM to ASM working for BATA, the whole bracket move togeher from Bata to Relaxo, at the time of this exercise RM or GM level guy put full pressure or create such a scenario that existing team left the job and than that senior guy incorporate his own team from his previous company .

Work Details

It was boaring, no learning dirty politics .in short Relaxo take care of only those employees who worked there from 15-20 years . There is no career for people in Relaxo who are from outside footwear industry.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
