A lot to dislike, they have a very weird way of counting closures, 1 closure is 0.5 in value and many such weird criterion. The entire week is about what to say in weekly review call. Managers are always putting pressure without trying to find the root cause of an issue. Very steep revenue targets are set which are impossible to achieve with the low service charges which Rekrut charges clients.
