I proudly say that I am a Reizendian, This is the place where I could transformed as a PM/Technical Architect from a developer in a smaller time span. You are a techie and you want to make a real change, at the people, where you are dealing with, then this is the right place for you. You may really challenged on technical needs, but don't worry.... you will have enough support, mentors, and facilitation to crack the challenge. You will definitely be appreciated, on your contributions, on time to time, And you will be competent in this way. Failures and mistakes may happen from anyone. In my personal experience, there would be direct discussions in such conditions to identify the root cause. everything get analyzed and learnings will be applied. You may wonder on the team, Here, there is no politics, no egos, everyone will help others, Such a good team definitely can do wonders. There is no employees here. Everyone is Reizendian family and called as Talents. The best thing is the leaders are highly motivating and encouraging. Out of the normal work, one of the main focus in up-scaling the personal and technical skills of each one in the team. . Reizend really surprising me every time like, Birthday cakes, Onam Gifts etc. We had may festival celebrations, success parties outings and other gatherings till lockdown started.
