The company provides a great learning opportunity and exposure. Colleagues are very supportive and encouraging which creates a friendly atmosphere. Salary package is good. Work times are also flexible

I have worked with almost all the teams in the Company and the main thing that I can assure you is that, there is no internal politics. All the seniors and co workers are very helpful. Very professional organization and good atmosphere.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
