I worked for 2 years in this company, very supportive teammates and Manager, good opportunity to start a career. Good management. I had an excellent experience working with REIS staffing and HR Services.

The management is not at all helpfull. They do not respect the employees. There is no personal life if you join this organization. There is no career growth. The management is biased and do not treat everyone equally. Special treatment are given to females who are good in looks. There are no fixed official hours and employees are asked to wait unnecessarily after official hours.

Excellent work environment. They more concentrate on team work, due to this they gets sucess most of time. MD is down to earth. No higher and fire. Good no of big clients they havebig in multiple domains like banking (investment, retail, commercial), healthcare, servicesservices based, ecommerce, etc... Reis gets lots of requirement from various clients. Thats why i didnt get boar to work with reis.I got good no. Of selections in reis. Specially Dinesh Sir (MD) & Rajesh Sir both helps to their employess to fullfill their targets on time.
