U have to do every possible thing no matter its out of ur KPI.no restriction on the employees who has spend many years.in short rules are not mandatory for the old employees and new emploee wouldn't be apriciated because he or she is new.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
