The only good thing is the colleagues are helpful and empathetic.
Dislikes
No training is given, no salary hike or appraisals happen, very stressful work environment, at the timing of joining HR tells you it’s 9 hr job but actually it is 9.5 officially and during the invoicing time you have to sit back and work for couple of more hours, lots of promises are made by the management but nothing is done at the end... they even make you work on Saturdays to get numbers.
