It is autonomous institute govern by Central govt. There is no job security if you are working on contractual basis. Work culture is good. Management depends on assistant director attitude. I was working as a pharmacy officer there but after that I didn't get other opportunity my field after leaving the job on the basis of my experience.

Working is good but there are may political people who always plays with you.

I liked to work in project which included treating patients with free medicines and taking care of them.

Dislikes

Growth and compensation was very slow.The work pressure was moderate but only sometimes need to work 12 to 13 hours a day.Officers and staffs does not value we individuals since we were contractual staff over there.The Office never appreciated whatever work done on time.Overall only treating and giving relief to patients was very good.Rather all was politics to downgrade and use the sincere workers....Read More

Work i always love whatever is assigned,moreover i used to do the work which was not actually for me.But working at office was not cool because of no appreciation, only the field work was satisfactory because the patients whoever were treated were happy.
