Work culture, office atmosphere, Cab facilities, process training, Grad call procedure. HR team. HR team not good, very slow in response people who were not selected after the Viva or grad call were contacted after a month and was asked to wait for 45-60 days for documents. Very unprofessional behaviour from the HRs no proper answers for your queries,end of the day even if you make sense they will make you feel that you're wrong. Worst company to work for there is no job security, they hire people in bulk, while hiring they'll never tell about the training viva only if you clear only then you can move to the floor otherwise you'll be sent back.one of the recent batch my friend was called and told not to board the cab because the person hadn't cleared the Viva (cheap behaviour) few of them were pushed but was segregated in two team Red and Green Red Team - People who were pushed and were average in the Viva Green Team : People who they felt were too good and was put in fast track process trainingWORST BEHAVIOUR. Process Training : Viva is taken by the process trainer (absolutely annoying guy) you'll start hating the environment because of this guy, very partial. Once the process training is done Grad call will be conducted,very partial move if you know any team lead or pod lead you'll be selected irrespective of knowledge. You'll be made to feel incompetent who is fit for nothing. Things you learn in the training will be of no use once you move to the floor, you'll find no logic in the calls the existing guys take. You know they make no sense but you have to become a sheep accept and move on. You won't feel like coming to this office if you've worked in a very good work environment previously. Cab facility - they provide cab but they don't have any app to track Or schedule cab even if you're not feeling well emergency cab will not be provided. An escort will be given but it's of no use he'll be asked to get down in the between or sometimes right in front of the office gate by senior employees definitely not safe for women. If a female employee asks for escort they treat or stare at her differently. Worst company ever specially the Google ads project, please guys don't get lured with the package they provide, they will throw you out in just 2 months stating that you underperformed, please don't join . Pleaseee even if you perform great it totally depends on the luck. Worst company ever.
