EMEA Manager Ateeg Jain, will steal your incentive money monthly and only release a partial amount (mega scam gurus). Not a structured process, each team will decide on it's own. Working in such a toxic place is mentally disturbing.

Nothing! You would get an experience of what it is like being in a mental asylum. This company used to be a good company before. since the pandemic this company has gone rogue. highest number of attrition rate. Great at deducting your incentives with the craziest reasons. Google had been the biggest client they had. Google withdrew their business due to endless escalations given by this company. This is because They hire non tech background people for a tech related role with lowest salary package. train them for a week and expect to handle calls. Unless you train an employee in their product or services well you cannot expect the employee not to goof up on calls. Especially when you have a great client like Google, who would want to mess up. they do not hire from a tech background as obviously they would have to pay more salary. Highly toxic environment. underpay employees and make them over work for which they are not paid extra. Majority of the employees are underpaid.
