If you are a fresher, there are great opportunity to learn new things from experienced superiors.

Dislikes

The companies management is so focused on micromanaging their employees. They don't value their current employees, it all just about the client. They would go to any lengths to attract and retain clients which includes short and unrealistic deadlines, making you work on weekends and extended shifts at night. Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
