They don't allow leaves even planned ones, not only your leave counts are deducted they also cut your salary and nullify your incentives even on planned leaves, they give review on absurd things just to deduct incentives, nearly 80% of the floor go without incentives even after achieving targets

Dislikes
There are cameras and mics everywhere you cannot be relaxing
Manager Arti treats everyone like house servants
There's just one washroom for 30 - 40 employees everyone's constipated and PPL usually leave due to ill health
You never know when you will get Demoted or thrown out of company
Too much micro management
There is no job surety
We used to feel like shit and we're treated like one
