Love the way we are trained, nobody pressurizes for target, disciplined and our boss is a gem of a person.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, everyone is very cooperative and understanding and it is a learning environment overall. Seniors are very cooperative and work life balance is really nice. Company is very strict about leaves though. Unplanned leaves are not entertained and neither sandwich leaves at all. Zero tolerance but that's expected as far as when we realize what the company gives and has the right to expect decent discipline as well as honesty.
