Job security means my work and evaluation and work culture means every moment realization systemically. Management company policy means work should be rated education and knowledge and depth and work balance. No perciality. Every employees prove own credit. For example one employee know as a Manager what is the procedure Integration Engineer . But Technical people cannot develop that procedure systemically.
