Honestly its a great place for young professionals to learn about a whole new market & maybe for seniors to grow it as they like. Bunch of people find it hard to keep up with change & a lot of “no”s will come from management if performance isnt at par with industry which can be initially challenging. I was hired for UI / UX, and very conveniently moved to graphic designing without asking or discussing. After this, the founders and social media person expected me to give multiple variations of multiple designs, as soon as they asked for it. They do not understand how creative process works, and are very rude people. I regret that I joined this company.
