I worked at REDESYN as Category Manager and community manager respectively for 1 year each. As i joined the startup in it's early stages, i was able to effectively and openly interact with the core team members and founders of the company. This also provided me with an array of work to get involved with and help in the growth of thecompany. The work culture is a mix of casual as well as formal setting, however it surely requires personal commitment and dedication towards assigned work and trust in the organization. I was hired for UI / UX, and very conveniently moved to graphic designing without asking or discussing. After this, the founders and social media person expected me to give multiple variations of multiple designs, as soon as they asked for it. They do not understand how creative process works, and are very rude people. I regret that I joined this company.
