Work life balance is great. A friendly firm which is keen on developing you. Working on futuristic fields like 3D printing is something ahead and out of usual horizon. Launch of new products and services will be a great experience. On the whole 3ding is a great place to work.

Dislikes

Training in the initial phase is absent. You need to learn a lot of things independently. It has both pro's and con's.

The only thing I like was no body will ask you to extend or work for over night, No pressure, work life balance will be good enough.

Dislikes

No career growth, could not learn new, will never concentrate on R&D, money minded CEO, zero facilities, totally it was wrong step in my life...
