Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Work life balance is great. A friendly firm which is keen on developing you. Working on futuristic fields like 3D printing is something ahead and out of usual horizon. Launch of new products and services will be a great experience. On the whole 3ding is a great place to work.

Training in the initial phase is absent. You need to learn a lot of things independently. It has both pro's and con's.

The only thing I like was no body will ask you to extend or work for over night, No pressure, work life balance will be good enough.
