They are laying off people. They laid me off in July before things were actually gone out of hand. Even during that time, we had to go to work! We started going to office in June when Covid was at peak. Not just that, people hardly took any precautions in the office. As basic as masks weren't used by some of them. Good that they laid me off, 5 days after I told them I wouldn't be going to office in such scenario....Read More

There is huge amount of lobbying that happens in the company. What started as a team work has gone out of hand and most of the times, it's bigger teams that keep sidelining smaller ones and take credit for their work!
