Everything! Right from the management to heirarchy, from work procedures. There's no defined SOP. We were asked to stay on "Holiday without Pay" and No compensation or help has been provided during the COVID-19 times nearly all of the staff has lost their jobs, we have not even been paid our salary for March and it's November when I wrote this review. Pathetic!

In every organisation, there is something good about the company but in this nothing is there. Rules and regulations are only meant for copies. It's keep on changing when someone raise his/her voice. No moral support during this period. Salary for this we need to fight till and unless you make them feel that they are hopeless and shameful, they won't give your salary. The worst company i have ever worked for. The owner Suneet Goenka, is completely biased towards the employees who share a good personal rapport with him. Have not paid us salary of the last month before Covid started. We were asked to leave as and when the operations stopped.
