Well working at Recpdcl was good but as the work was on contract basis so the job security wasn't good. However rest are satisfied.

The company work environment is good, low work pressure.

Dislikes

No job security, salary is not enough with respect to work pressure, any time any where may transfer within India, increment is very low. TA/DA is very low and not getting in Time.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i love. I work in naturally very hard place in Mizoram and Tripura, and faced various challenge like road, Rain, Land Slide problem and mostly food.
