RB is a highly target orientated organization. Either you sink or you swim. I learnt to adapt & evolve to given conditions and keeping my goals in mind at the same time & what company wants me to deliver. Every day is like a competition with all my colleagues as participants.The most enjoyable part of the job is that one becomes more responsible.

In my role as a purchase officeri have to ascertain that all purchase requests are promptly managed so as not to halt the company daily operations. And preparing purchase orders for supplies and equipments and at the same time locating new vendors.
