The work culture is anti-people. The policy book doesn't have all the policies which are there in Reckitt and the HRs, on being asked, will not tell you clearly about the policy so, you have to reply on whatever info they give. Prabha, HRBP, is working for 30 years in this company, and the type of clever person she is, she dominates the HR Team here and is highly biased. Because of this, she didn't get any job elsewhere too. The recruitment team comprising Anjaneyulu, Akhilesh and Aparna is so highly biased that they consider referrals only from managers and not others. If you are a candidate falling into their hands, good luck to you, because you need it! Unbelievable how such a great MNC have such wicked people.
