This is my first company, as a Software developer I wanted to be it provided me one is the only thing I like

This company boss will do so much of partiality between the employees on mouth he states that all are equally treated, but no. He keep on covering his relative's(even she is also a software developer) mistakes being a developer of 3 yrs experience even if she wont deliver the things within the given time he wont utter a word againsther. Where a minimal experienced developer (1 yr) like me got stuck at some point they rejected to help me and I made to resign the company. Even the boss couldn't deliver the things within the time. He wants us to do so. And that to without any help from the people who knows the job. Such a nasty politics I never heard from any company....Read More
