For customer it'll be good cause in every month internal checking about food safety and cleanliness, for employees nothing is there for likes

It can be depends on monthly achievement. Manager always orders to reduce the food quantity and increase water level and heat 2-3 times. It can manage wastages so he can easily show the variances to his upper employer. 2. Unbelievable and unbearable pressure that manager will pressurized his staffs for monthly achievement but he'll not support at any group work neither with his opinion nor with his work. And everytime he'll keep his staff on illusion not even only manager whole company's upper level employer did the same thing. 3. I worked approx 1 year but in this duration HR didn't came once for Asking his/her employee for everything okkay or not. It shows how irresponsible HR in this company. One of them is Harish and another Employer that called ZDM is Ashish Gupta. 4. After leaving company when I realised that I didn't get my PF properly means they didn't provide me Pension, that is my right to get pension and without pension I can't withdraw my PF so I tried to contact with ZDM and HR. They directly declined to help me out. So I strongly recommend you not to join this company cause there is no job security no PF security, Irresponsible HR and it's whole team, extraordinary pressure, I'll can surely say that you'll be traumatized and can be depressed. I have been the best employee in the food industry. It takes life to a new level C.d.o Sir Devendra from Kanpur Harsh Nagar.Always managing the staff and being there for the staff needs I think the duration of CDO level is 8 to 10 hours. Even after that they give 14 to 15 hours

i cleared 4 rounds of interview for he auditor role for this company the AVP offered me a 1 month contract other than full time. i teared down 3 full time offer letter for this creepy company. the senior manager Rohansingh Gadge is a worst man i ever seen . he terminated me because i didnt shaved and sit in the chair without manners. they fired me for that reason , even without a single warning. i begged them for takin me back , they didnt considered it. they was like you are not fit for this company and role. and the worst thing is that they didnt provide me a official email to acces to SOPs. And the rohansingh doesnt care about any shit he only finds out the mistake of the employee , doesnt even told a single good word for the hard work i have done , mostly i travelled a lot with my own expense and mostly i reach late night after audit and he only say what are the mistake i have done each day...Read More
