Real Foundation is one of the worst company. Especially in Data Services Team. Management and TL's are not supporting to the team members. There is no proper training and i didn't get working system for first 50 days. Worst team handling by Managers and TL's. There is no any career development in that company. During Interview they told about roles and responsibilities, once we join in the team our work will entirely different and totally frustrating things will happen with the worthless managers and TL's.
