For the company customers words are the last words, doesn't value the employees, work life balance is terrible. I've seen people getting terminated for asking leave. Engineers are forced to stay at site 3 to 6 months continuous at a site. After resigning does not provide any documents, if they somehow get to know you are leaving they will not give you salary. So leave after getting your salary.

Hire and fire policy in design Informer relatives present in design. They hire for six months and then after project completion they fire and again they take new bakra. Think 100 times before joining

Salary work everything is good, but they treat differently after resining, not having response for notice period negotiation from hr and management, holded 1 month salary not given any experience certificates, It's better to leave this company after salary credit without telling any one.

Only they hire for six months for project and after that they fire. Job security will be always there because relatives of owners are present in evert department. Hire and fire policy perfect they do and they are very good at that. Don't join ever such companies
