Job Security and Learning are good for initial period. But gets stagnant after sometime

The work life balance is near zero. The compensation for your extra work is just good praise in the form of words and not in monetary increase.

Maintaining technical QA/QC documents at plant based on testing plan. Maintaining concrete quality on site and reducing the raw material costs on check at plant.
