Working with RCM is best experience ... I have been working heere for years now ... Working with RCM now feels a lot more comfortable and homey vibe .. everything now I have and I am is because of RCM. Now I can't think of working anywhere other than rcm I am now attached to RCM by heart . It's like a family to me .

Working with RCM for years now is good but few things I don't like is about my promotion and salary increment ... As higher authorities working knowns about my capability and my skills but still I am on the same position with a bit of that salary as the same .... I kindly request higher authorities to work on this issues and try to appreciate work work performance with promotions and salary increment .. we have already requested to our HOD about this issue ....Read More

The Employees who are giving a lot of time to the company and are mostly at the lower level do not get much help in completing the work of the organization. Employees are given help and promotions by the organization, but it is not given equally to everyone.

No work Pressure and it's a good organization to start career and grow. Very focused on health goals along the life goals. It's a developing company and required Good leaders.

Dislikes

Distance from city is 15 kilometer and Obviously outsider employees are unable to get food by zomato and swiggy. Canteen is need to improve. Travel policies can be better by giving TA to the employees who come by their own vehicles

I have no problem with the company. Whatever work we are doing, however we are doing it, the company is happy with it and we are getting good money for it, so there is nothing to dislike.
