Valuable projects Type of resources looking for a safe job and willing to do their duties if they get good atmosphere. Work tools are good(lap top and ither peripherals)

Dislikes

Lack of proper management. Less job security. More words but less actions. Less skilled or less experienced non technical staff including HR. Less consideration for existing employees. Policies may change any time and getting surprise.

The management is just awesome. They will let us take the responsibility and complete it as if it's our project, that's a great thing I would like to mention in particular. My experience at RCG was superb. There is no internal politics, which you will find in other companies. Your job is secured. All you have to do is, complete the work on time and show some passion towards work. The management will recognize your effort and will give compensation accordingly for sure. Compensation is decent. You will get your salary appraisal on time. There will be a party after every milestone completion based on the nature of the project that you are working with. The pressure is totally based on the project you are working on. If there's a tight deadline you have to meet, then you have to work accordingly.

To be honest, my work was a little challenging as this would require the whole knowledge about everything to handle the particular project in and out. You will get opportunities if you are good at what you do and know your work.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
