Not supported efficiently. Immediate salary cut, not given promotion to deserving people, behaving weirdly during this covid period .

Dislikes

No employee benefits at all.No PF, no transport, poor company culture. They can't take feedback gracefully. Lot of office politics and no promotion to deserving people.

Initially I enjoyed but became monotonous later on as no proper guidance or action plan they had.Its a Lala company or what we call as cheap mentality company. No company benefits such as pf, food service or transport service or other company benefits.

Company gives wide range of experience in finance field and also get good exposure on different types of assignment.

Dislikes

Compensation is very bad less salary from other mnc which can be given if want to sustain employees and minimum working hours cap is 9 hours which means you can not go home before completing 9;hours sometimes you need to early but it's not possible here. growth is also slow.

There's nothing to like about working here. Their attrition rate speaks for itself, where no employee stays for more than a year.

Dislikes

1. No infrastructure. The Delhi Office is infested with pests and it doesn't have basic amenities like a clean kitchen, oven or separate washrooms for men and women 2. They don't value their employees at all. They'll try to mooch off money from the employees as much as possible. For example, ad hoc deductions from salary and not reimbursing the employee when he leaves the firm</mark>. 3. No accountability and no training culture. People are left to fend for themselves. 4.
