Nothing to Like..Ranjan & Mani Sir is on top and they do politics with their employees.If top management is involve in politics then how lower of them can work effectively..Site Managers(which will be mostly their relatives) give solid lollypop to you & after completion of your role they will kick you just like a dog.This company isa family based company and only family person is recognised and promoted....Read More

No Salary on time No Job Security (even you don't be aware that when you will be kicked out during your day work, it's unpredictable) Working culture No any Good/Educated/Technical Skill person is on Site Lead. Person like Ramnivas & Sriniwas are Site Managers(they even not have simple knowledge of Isometric Drawing).
