Very bad behavior of manager. Hi has demotivating every movement. Not new for learning. They have fired after 1 year or create the situation like this. Pressurised for late working. Very toxic work environment. You can't speck with anyone friendly.

No skills required, If you have a talent of spoon feeding and bucket keeper then you can survive for decades, No matter what you have no matter what you are... They will approach you to resign if anything went wrong from your end (Doesn't matter anything about your role and responsibilities) Even no one have their own role and responsibilities. It's a very old company with a legacy management. At my time we were the new batch of GETs which were considered as future management leaders and we were groomed for this. Lots of learning opportunities! Good work life balance.
