We have been forced to leave the job after so much of dedication. No one in company help our team in that situation. The person who forced us to leave the job now he is behind the bar. He had made millions of fraud in company. God gave him good punishment.

No skills required, If you have a talent of spoon feeding and bucket keeper then you can survive for decades, No matter what you have no matter what you are... They will approach you to resign if anything went wrong from your end (Doesn't matter anything about your role and responsibilities) Even no one have their own role and responsibilities. If HR head ordered to work as a sweeper you need to sweep that's it.. if you don't wish to sweep then he will call the meeting for all and indirectly he will say to resign.
