Honestly for me Raymonds was a life changing experience where I grew I learned I gain more confidence in myself but if I talk about the environment a place having positive people around automatically makes a good environment irrespective of which ever company it is.

Well, it used to be a nice organisation that was quite thoughtful about the welfare of its employees. But gradually it has become such an unethical place to work with. There is literally no job security. They can ask you anytime to leave if they don't want to pay you, no matter if you'v given 10-12 years of your career and hard workto them. Also, the management and the HR department barely talks to the employees. During the whole pandemic situation, not even once a single person from the HR team ever called or dropped a single message to the employees to ask how were they managing everything or if they needed anything. Moreover there was a 56% of salary deduction for almost 7 months. Just to add it's been more than 1.5 months since I'v left the organisation and I have not recieved my Full and Final settlement which they have no response to. They just keep telling you to wait for no actual reason. First year was good. Things got worse afterwards. During COVID-19, company isn't supporting that much. Started deducting 55% salary from the 1st month itself. Also, told us that unless and until market situation gets better, we'll keep on deducting.

Dislikes

Store is good. Apart from that, we're way behind other brands in terms of ready made. Need to learn a lot more. Most of the times, issues do not get resolved quickly. Management is slow to react.

Good experience to work with raymonds pvt ltd in MTM PROCESS learned lots of things there and enjoy work ambience as well.

Well there is not any special thing which i dislike but what i feltl some people from JK GROUP specialy from top managment of MADE TO MEASURE they work for their repotation some thing like lack of team work in some points where new joinnings feel like unwanted and confused. Its a raymonds culture i think they dnt belive on perfection of the work they more concider and trust on old contacts with their old employees which working from last so many years i worked in mtm format as a fashion advisor but i saw they running their store on false and meaning less opinions which is good to hear but non worthy if we practlly do....Read More
