Good HR Policies but manupulated.

Dislikes

No Personal Life and Every task is urgent. Growth means sales growht only..... all other aspects are compromised. Marketing is very weak & purchase is dull. Unrealistic GPW award ( Great Place to Work)... They make fool new comer with bought out awards. Management love those who work like a robot and even those who work wirelessly means yes sir yes sir policy. Shows big dream when Join and nothing moves for your career growth. Even Though Saturday is off but this is on paper only.......Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
