Nothing to like in RaychemRPG Chakan, except they are 5 days working.

RaychemRPG Chakan to be specific is the worse company i have ever worked with in my career. Zero job security - they will come to you in the morning saying that today is your last working submit your company assets. HR Manager here is more interested in gossiping and poking into employees personal life. the work of the HR manager is only restricted to finding out which female employee is talking to which male employee so that he can link them up immediately and spread rumors about their alleged affair, surprisingly he is one of the POSH committee member what an irony. Leadership is a the greatest setback, , CEO of this firm addresses to his reportee's in the abusive language, F word to be precise is often used in leadership level meeting as a tag of appreciation, that's their culture . if you find a positive review of this company on websites like ambition box & Glass door please note that its a fake review that you are referring to, its what their intelligent CHRO (CHOR-HR to be honest) has asked her team to write forcefully to increase the positive reviews....Read More
