I like the Rayat culture very much where all rayat sevak have a bond together. Everyone has a great devotion for the sanstha and Karmaveer Anna. The management is efficient and lawyer to their responsibilities. The policies of the sun star are all inclusive and very important for the the moral development of of the staff as well as the students.

Dislikes

Sometimes, if there is politics which hinders the quality education or quality enhancement then no one would like it. If there is partiality or misconduct in the recruitment process...I strongly dislike it.

Rayat sanstha is one of very well developed n famous sanstha with very good atmosphere for overall development of our personality.. I experienced a lot of cooperation n family atmosphere in this sanstha while working.. N I love to work for this sanstha n dedicate my efforts for the dream of karmaveer Anna to educate the needy students.. I love n like rayat sanstha.

Only somewhere there is parcility in the behaviour of coworkers of this sanstha who are in high post in this sanstha. I felt that experience here while working..they behave unequally. I love innocence n equality N I expect that from every one.Thanku.

They not support to the computer teacher bcos they are not perminany in rayat shikshan Sansthan. They not give us a hike or bonus

Other teachers given their pending work to us.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
