Teammates are not supportive at all. Leg pulling culture is too much. Behavior of Company owner is too much bad. During Covid-19 lockdown, company owner forced to leave job, he ignored several request and present situation. He treat his employees just like animal. Very bad work environment and culture. Dislikes

Nothing new to learn and improve career. All project have same design, same data structure and same coding structure. Only copy and paste of code theory. Project quality is very poor.

Though I did my job with sincerely and honestly. Work provided to me completed and submitted within time. First time in my professional career i got experience that if you got job in a company like Ray Computech , you may put full stop in ur career.
