It was a horrible experience working with ray business technology. They give the worst salary to freshers in the name of software development. They don't give any training or learning experience. They give less time to learn and more burden on freshers. They expect freshers to be like experience coders and they have a terrible bond system which is illegal and also to capture the Candidates they take their original documents for security purposes of the person has signed the bond whivh is not legal at all. They have harrased many people after taking their original certificates and also they ask for fine if the person wants to leave the comoanu before bond period. Pathetic company. Please learn outside and get a good job but not this atleast....Read More

Their bond system and in the name of training they put us in projects with uselles experienced people... They don't even teach properly but like to taunt. No professionalism.
