Easiness in work as mostly automation, good shift timing.

Dislikes

No value of employee, Not proper housekeeping, Less pay as compared to work done. As it's wooden furniture manufacturing factory,disappointment due to wood dust and particles as no proper functioning and maintenance of dust collector was done.

I got some new things to learn here so it was quite interesting in initial phase. There were not much efforts during work as most of the work was automated. Training provided initially was good as of my experience.
