I have been involved in multiple different segments of company and I have explore my career here very well. Company providing equal work opportunities to engineers and project managers. there are no junior-senior here and this is the best part of site I believe. Food and Accommodation facility of company is up to the mark at site office and site camp.

Remote locations some times difficult due to network issues.

Originally, I believed the biggest challenge at Raudra Technocrats Pvt Ltd would stem from a lack of systems. However, I quickly realized that Micro management, Inflated egos, Integrity issues, and Administrative incompetence would prove to be bigger obstacles. These dynamics are not conducive to innovation and productivity

Lot of internal politics and micromanagement. The company is at an immature stage. Management creates unnecessary pressure and impossible deadlines to close work. No growth as work is scattered. Will not advise any potential candidate to join this company and spoil their career. They will give you a bad time when you decide to leavea company and make the exit process much harder.
