Manager's in the company feel that himself are md to the company.. Increment will be late, it will be good for the people who is close to manager.. There is no perfect criteria for yearly appraisal.year by year quality of the laminates is degrading, leading to more customers complaints

Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
