Nobody cultures like..no future..no training..sales team..

Dislikes

Working as state head, looking rest of maharashtra, I'm not enjoying my job. There are so may problame about distributors claims ..had pending from last 2 years..but not yet settle..

Rasna has to learn to Value people. Full and Final settlement track record for the left employee is extremely poor. I will never suggest anyone to join there.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
