onthing to like every thing is bad. Bad Management , Bad working time and always salary issue .Manager is very fool. Never join this company. If you have others options

During interview HR say your working 8 hours other is OT. But after joining they don't provide OT . Working time is 12 hours . Here manager is very fool. If company have not worked then fair the employee or give layout. Never join this company if you have others options. This is 4th class company . After joining you know why I am saying this

Staffs of only SMT department are very friendly & Helpful. In this department friendly culture is present.

There is lot of disadvantages about this company. First is there is no job security & salary issue also. This is not enough, if you are helpless or you have need job then you can join this company otherwise never try to join this company.
