It's sad to see so many good reviews which are fake but that's what is expected from them. Im writing is an employee who had the worst experience working with them. They just don't pay for months to their employees. Toxic branch head, toxic work culture and the saddest part is that you will keep waiting for your salary which never comes. It's a trap in which you continue to serve the organization without any pay. You promise multiple things to your clients as part of your work and unfortunately the organization never comes up with good work for our clients. Please do not join this company if you are someone who respect value system and ethics. This company is into unethical business....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
